Class is taught by our Judo Black Belt & Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt instructor Georgie who has over 40 years' experience in training Martial Arts.

Class is designed for students aged 5 to 12 years old.

What is Jiu-Jitsu & Judo?
Jiu-Jitsu & Judo emphasize throws, grappling, and submission techniques, with a focus on using an opponent's energy and momentum to gain advantage.

Youth Classes (Ages 5 - 12)
Monday: 5pm - 6pm

What to Wear
A Gi / Kimono is required for our Youth Martial Arts program. Underneath your Gi we recommend wearing comfortable and functional clothing. This includes athletic tops, fitness bottom, minimal/no jewelry and no shoes.
